Five-Year Strategic Plan

Northbrook's Village Board spent its April 28 Committee of the Whole session refining the language and priorities of the Village's Five-Year Strategic Plan, with consultants from BerryDunn leading the presentation.

Five-Year Strategic Plan Review

Consultants Michelle Kennedy and Lukasz Stykowski of BerryDunn presented the draft Strategic Plan to the Board. Trustees worked through refinements to key language and discussed staffing constraints, how housing fits within economic vitality goals, and the overall organization of the document. The Board also agreed to add the Fleet Maintenance Garage as an infrastructure objective within the plan. No final vote on adopting the plan was recorded at this meeting.
