Five-Year Strategic Plan
BerryDunn will review the strategic plan developed with the Village Board, following Committee of the Whole discussions on September 3, 2025, January 13, 2026, and February 24, 2026.
Village Board Protocols
The committee will discuss a set of protocols intended to serve as a transparent guide for common Village Board practices, stemming from the same September 2025–February 2026 discussion series.
Minutes Approval
The committee will consider approving minutes from the April 8, 2026 Special Meeting and the April 14, 2026 regular Committee of the Whole meeting.
