Cook County Class 6b Tax Incentive Transfer: 3401 Commercial Avenue
The board will consider a resolution supporting transfer of an existing Cook County Class 6b property tax incentive to 3401 Commercial LLC for the remaining term of the agreement, covering a party and tent rental warehouse, distribution, and office space operation.
Wood Oaks Jr. High School: Final Plat of Subdivision (1250 Sanders Road)
As recommended by the Plan Commission, the board will consider approving a final plat to re-subdivide two existing parcels into two reconfigured lots for Northbrook School District 27 property at Wood Oaks Jr. High School. The applicant has also requested a modification to remove vehicular access to Walters Avenue.
